Where were we?

If it’s helpful for either coordination of your work, or just for future reference, you can record the location of your booking, and any field positions associated with it, either by using your phone’s GPS or selecting on a map.

For the record

KiTrackr will create booking reports for you which include a map of your booking location and field positions, any smartforms you completed, the list of equipment used, and equipment usage fees if you’re tracking these.

Let KiTrackr do the thinking

KiTrackr will let you know when the condition of any equipment you intend to use has changed, and when equipment you’re watching has become available.

If you’re an equipment manager, KiTrackr will let you know when check or calibration dates are coming up, and when faults are recorded for equipment you’re managing.

How insightful

If you need to make decisions about your equipment’s future, then the insights page can give you essential information.

You can analyse how much the equipment gets used, along with any performance metrics you’re tracking. You can also analyse financial information, including running and repair costs, current value, and revenue generated from usage fees if you’re tracking these.
